UNC Greensboro’s Massmine team was recently awarded a substantial grant from The National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH).  This is an interdisciplinary multi-university grant aimed at mining and analyzing publicly available social media Big Data. Congratulations to Dr. Aaron Beveridge, Principal Investigator (Department of English) and Dr. Somya Mohanty, Co-Principal Investigator for Massmine, on their hard work! This grant will assist in funding a Computer Science graduate student.
